A place of memory surrounded by nature

Nestled deep in the forest, surrounded by exceptional wild beauty, the Camp de bûcherons is an excellent place to stay and eat for visitors to the Matapedia-et-les-Plateaux and its popular Route des belvédères. The buildings – built with logs in tribute to the ancient methods – are located on the edge of the Chaîne de Roches stream, at the exit of the Saint-François-d’Assise village.

This place is also meant to be a place of memory for the people who have lived the adventure of the shipyards in the early 20th century.

Fun for all seasons!
